PLeASE NOTE!

Vendor space is limited and your application does not guarantee a space at SOAR NWA. Pre-registration applications are due by 5/30/2025 for the 2025 event. We are a non-profit, volunteer organization; as such, we have limited resources to respond to requests regarding the status of vendor registration requests prior to this date. The registration fee is $350 for food vendors and $150 for merchandise vendors.
